Shipping Information - COVID-19 Update

COVID 19 - Due to current circumstances, high demand and the additional health and safety measures now in place to protect logistics teams around the world, our deliveries are taking longer to reach customers. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with an order number attached. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our ‘track order’ page to find your real-time updates for your shipment.

If you did not receive your order number or don’t have any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days please contact us immediately and we locate your order.

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Order processing may take longer in case of sales where we receive a huge amount of orders per day.

Do not be alarmed, all orders are fully insured and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Our deliveries are handled by our third-party companies, this means they might ship the products one or two days later than we plan. It also means that we can’t guarantee that the products are being delivered on the day we plan.

Please allow an extra 10 working days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patients

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 45 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for non-received items. 

During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 60 days.

ORDER PROCESSING

If your item is in stock, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared.

Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time!

Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has been delivered.

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be.

In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. 

Kitsch Kandy does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at hello@kitschkandy.com.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Kitsch Kandy will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Once shipped, Kitsch Kandy does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Kitsch Kandy cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
